Career Trajectory
Bio
I am a fifth-year Ph.D. student at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in the Department of Computer Science and advised by Prof. Alex C. Berg in the Computer Vision Group. From Oct. 2011 to Jun. 2014, I worked as a research assistant at Academia Sinica in Taiwan with Dr. Tyng-Luh Liu. In 2010, I received my B.S. and M.S. in Computer Science from National Tsing Hua University under the supervision of Prof. Ren-Song Tsay. My previously research interests were multi-core simulation and embedded system, but now I am more interested in and totally committed to computer vision and deep learning.
