Lin Chen(陈林)

Chen Lin was born in Changzhou, Jiangsu, China, in 1990. He received the B.S. and Ph.D. degrees from the School of Mechanical Engineering, Nanjing University of Science and Technology, Nanjing, China, in 2013 and 2020, respectively. Since 2020, he has been a Research Associate with the School of Aerospace Engineering, Tsinghua University, Beijing, China. His research interests include the analysis and development of flexible microelectromechanical systems (MEMS) sensors, the fundamental study of energy dissipation analysis for resonators, the structure design of MEMS inertial sensors, and vibration modeling.
