个人简介
Chelo González is full professor in Food Science and Technology disciplines at the School of Agricultural Engineering and Environment of Universitat Politecnica of Valencia (UPV, Spain). Currently, she is deputy director of the Institute of Food Engineering for the Development at UPV. She has also been the coordinator of the doctoral program in Food Science, Technology and Management and of the International Master in Food Management and Safety at UPV. Her research activity has been focused mainly in the physicochemical aspects of food and food processing and in the development of active biodegradable films incorporating natural compounds for food preservation.
