个人简介
I am a newly recruited CRCN interested in neurovascular biology. I am part of the Inserm U1034 where I am developping my own research topic focusing on the dialogue between the Blood Brain Barrier and the Glia Limitans in the context of neuro-inflammation (multiple sclerosis) and neurodegeneration (Alzheimer disease). I am currently focusing on the role of the Hedgehog pathway at the gliovascular barrier and how we can target this pathway in neuro-inflammatory disorders and during neuro-degeneration. To do so, I am using in vitro (RT-qPCR, western blots, RNA sequencing) and in vivo (knockout mouse models, accute and chronic neuro-inflammation surgery models, confocal imaging and 2-photon live imaging) approaches.
