个人简介
His group work at the intersection between Information Optics and Computer Vision, with focus on Computational Optical Imaging and Sensing Techniques such as Quantitative Phase Imaging, Optical Metrology, Phase Retrieval, and Digital Holography. In particular, he investigates how optical modulation and signal processing can be integrated into the optical system design, enabling new indirect imaging mechanisms for making the invisible visible and providing unprecedented perceptions that far exceeds the abilities of human and conventional image sensors. He has authored over 160 peer-reviewed journals publications, including more than 100 papers published in JCR Q1 journals (e.g., Light, Optica, Adv. Photon.) with over 8,000 citations. He is Topical Editor of PhotoniX (10/2019-), Photonics (03/2021-), and Associate Editor of Optics and Lasers in Engineering (12/2021-), IEEE Access (03/2019-), Microwave and Optical Technology Letters (03/2019-). He has been selected into the Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) for Excellent Young Scholars and Outstanding Youth Foundation of Jiangsu Province. He is a Senior Member of Optica (formerly OSA) and SPIE, and also serving on the SPIE Scholarship Committee (2020-).
