个人简介
Chao Zeng (chao.zeng@uni-hamburg.de) earned his Ph.D. degree in pattern recognition and intelligent systems from South China University of Technology, Guangzhou, China in December 2019. Since July 2020, he has been a postdoctorate research associate at the Technical Aspects of Multimodal Systems group, University of Hamburg, 22527 Hamburg, Germany. He serves as an independent reviewer for numerous journals (e.g., IEEE Transactions on Robotics, IEEE/ASME Transactions on Mechatronics, IEEE Transactions on Automation Science and Engineering, IEEE Transactions on Industrial Informatics, IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics, IEEE Robotics and Automation Letters) and conferences (e.g., the International Conference on Robotics and Automation, the IEEE/RSJ International Conference on Intelligent Robots and Systems, the IEEE International Conference on Advanced Robotics and Mechatronics). He has also served as a lead or co-guest editor for several journals, including Frontiers in Robotics and AI, Robotics and Autonomous Systems, and Micromachines. His general research interest is to develop learning and control approaches for robot compliance and dexterous manipulation in contact scenarios.
