Chang-Min Cho received the M.S. degree from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology in 1985, and the Ph.D. degree in aerospace engineering from the University of Maryland, College Park, MD, USA, in 1996. He worked at Agency for Defense Development (ADD), Daejeon, Korea in 1985. As a Structure Engineer he has been involved in airframe design and research in several aircraft development projects, the first Korean Trainer KT-1, Medium Altitude Long Endurance UAV, F-16 Modification, and UCAV. He is the Head of Aircraft Structures Team in ADD. His research interests include the area of application of composite structures including radar absorbing structures, stealth radomes, prognosis and structural health monitoring, and aeroelastic tailoring.
