Dr. Chandan Das is Assistant Professor in Economics at Central Institute of Himalayan Culture Studies, Dahung (An Autonomous body of Ministry of Culture, Government of India), Arunachal Pradesh, India, where he has working since June, 2013. He had earned dual full time masters in Economics (2007), Management (2009) and PhD (2020) (Public Health Services) from the Assam University, Silchar (A Central University established by the act Parliament, 1994), Assam, India. Prior to join the present Institute, he has worked in Hewlett –Packard (hp) India Sales Pvt. Ltd as a Marketing Executive w.e f: 2010 -2012. His research interests focused on efficiency issues of public health services, micro economics, public finance and policy studies, financial services and impact assessment research methods.
