个人简介
I am Nutritionist from Federal University of the State of Rio de Janeiro. I worked since 2015 in Scientific Initiation in the Food Science area in the project "Study of the extraction and characterization of gluten proteins from wheat grains of different technological quality", at the Bioactive Laboratory, UNIRIO. In these three years, my research projects have focused on LC-MS-MS proteomic approaches. I also worked with cereal’s peptides MSE analysis and gluten protein analysis, using orthogonal approach such as Ion Mobility System in NanoUPLC-Synapt G2Si and ESI-UPLC XEVO-QTOF-MS. Currently, I am master's student scheduled to complete by April 30, 2020 in the Postgraduate Program in Food and Nutrition (PPGAN) with the project "Metabolic analysis of the profile of phenolic compounds of different sorghum genotypes during grain maturation". I am also an associate researcher at the Center for Innovation in Mass Spectrometry of the Protein Biochemistry Laboratory of the Federal University of the State of Rio de Janeiro (UNIRIO).
