Bio
Professor of Group and Organizational Psychology, Universidad Rey Juan Carlos, Madrid, Spain. He received his Ph.D. in social psychology from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid. His research has focused on early retirement and psychological well-being, bridge employment, psychological contract and exchange relationships in organizations, working conditions and workers with disabilities, membership and temporal matters in work teams, and group identity and group membership in health and wellbeing. His work has been published in Organizational Psychology Review, European Psychologist, Journal of Vocational Behavior, Personnel Review, Research on Aging, Journal of Managerial Psychology, European Journal of Work and Organizational Psychology, Career Development International, Scandinavian Journal of Psychology, Economic and Industrial Democracy, European Journal of Psychological Assessment, International Journal of Human Resource Management, and Work and Stress, among others.
Between July 2003 and July 2014 he served as University Ombudsman at the Universidad Rey Juan Carlos, and between July 2015 and June 2018 he served as Dean of the Postgraduate School at this institution.
