Carl Nicholas (Member, IEEE) received the B.S. degree in materials science and engineering and the M.S. degree in electrical engineering from Virginia Tech, Blacksburg, VA, USA, in 2020 and 2023, respectively.
He is currently a Development Engineer at Wolfspeed, Inc., Durham, NC, USA. His interests include discrete power electronics packaging, focusing on using simulations to study their thermo-mechanical behavior.
