Claudia Carciofi

Claudia Carciofi received the graduation degree and the Ph.D. degree in electronics and computer engineering from the University of Bologna in 1990 and 1998, respectively. She started research activities with Italtel SIT in 1990. From 1992 to 1994, she was with Fondazione Ugo Bordoni (FUB) under the RACE “ATDMA” Project. In 1995, she worked on adaptive planning of cellular systems with CSELT (TiLab-Telecom Italia). She is an Expert on radio spectrum matters and follows studies carried out by European and International bodies (CEPT, ITU) and on 5G systems with FUB. She has authored international publications and performs educational activities on advanced radio systems.
