Bio
Cesar U. Solis received the B.Sc. degree in electronics engineering
from the Metropolitan Autonomous University, Mexico City, Mexico, and the M.Sc. degree in automatic control from the
Department of Control Automatics, Center for Research and Advanced Studies, Mexico City, where he is currently working
toward the Ph.D. degree in control theory.
He follows a line of investigation focused on control theory. His Master's work studied game theory and
developed a technique for computing the Stackelberg/Nash equilibrium employing the extraproximal method. He also
implemented a method for solving Stackelberg security games. His main research interests include proposing a method
for robust control based on sliding-mode theory, and its application in different scenarios.
