emitting quantum dot lasers and single photon emittors. Since 2003, he has been an Associate Professor with the INSA Rennes and Institut FOTON. He has authored and coauthored more than 50 peer-reviewed scientific articles. He is also in charge of the CNRS Nanorennes technological Platform. His main centers of interests are related to the investigation of InP based quantum nanostructures, such as quantum dashes and dots in edge emitting lasers, VCSELs, and tunable VCSELs.
