Bio
Nwaokocha, Collins Neku completed his PhD work on investigating thermal-fluid behaviour of nanohybrids as heat transfer fluids, at the Clean Energy Research Group of the University of Pretoria, South Africa. He completed his Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta, Ogun State in 2013. He obtained a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye, Ogun State in 2008. He lectures at the Department of Mechanical Engineering, College of Engineering and Environmental Studies, Ibogun Campus of Olabisi Onabanjo University in Ogun State, Nigeria. He is a member of the following professional bodies: Nigeria Society of Engineers (NSE); Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN); Nigerian Institution of Mechanical Engineers (NIMechE); African Wind Energy Association (AfriWEA); Council for Renewable Energy in Nigeria (CREN) & American Society of Thermal and Fluids Engineers (ASTFE). His research interests are Energy (Renewable, Sustainable & Alternative); Energy and Environment; Computer-Aided Engineering; Heat transfer performance using hybrid nanofluids. He has authored and co-authored nine conference proceedings, over fifty journal articles, and eight contributions to books. He is a reviewer of some world-class high-impact journals. He has an interest in impactful research conduct, promotion, visibility, and rich dissemination of research output.
