个人简介
PhD in Food Consumption and Nutrition Sciences. Currently, it has a position as R&D Manager at Sense Test (Sensory Lab) and has a position as Invited Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Sciences of the University of Porto and on Open University (Porto) in sensory analysis and design of experiments, which are her lines of research. She also helps in the (co)supervision of masters and doctoral theses, participating in different national and international research projects. Throughout her career, she has trained different expert tasters panels for different product categories. She also works with different and rapid descriptive methodologies of consumer perception of food and non-food products and has been developing methods to measure product-elicited emotions. It works with different segments and types of consumers, adults, children or elderly.
