Bio
Cedric Dehos received the Eng. Dipl. and M.Sc. degrees in telecommunication and signal processing from ESIEE, Noisy-le-Grand, Paris, in 2003.
In 2003, he joined CEA-Leti, Grenoble, France. Since then, he has been involved in the system-level design of complex RF and digital baseband circuits, including RF behavioral modeling, architecture design and specifications, system simulation, and baseband signal processing. Since 2006, he has been involved in the development of various millimeter-wave systems in CMOS or BiCMOS technologies, including 79-GHz short-range radars, wireless HD, and WiGig. In 2011, he led CEA-Leti millimeter-wave designs and began the development of systems for 5G small cells and short-range chip-to-chip communications. His research interests include ultrawideband systems, digital compensation of RF imperfections, and antenna beamforming.
