Bio
Since 2010 I have been performing my investigations in plant biology at the Eötvös Loránd University, Budapest, Hungary. I started my research study on the Fe homeostasis of chloroplasts focusing on chloroplast ferric chelate oxidoreductase, the key component of reduction based Fe uptake. From 2014 I have been studying the utilization of natural and synthetic Fe compounds as potential substrates for chloroplast Fe uptake system. Since 2017 I have been investigating the effect of Fe-containing nanoparticles on plant growth, metal uptake, as well as their role in regeneration of Fe deficiency in plants. Currently I am studying the physiological, ionomic and metabolomic profile of Szarvasi-1 energy grass under limiting and stimulating conditions.
