Brian D. Killough

Brian D. Killough received the B.S. degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Virginia, Charlottesville, VA, USA, in 1987, the M.S. degree in mechanical engineering from George Washington University, Washington, DC, USA, in 1991, and the Ph.D. degree in applied atmospheric physics from the College of William and Mary, Williamsburg, VA, in 2003. He is currently the Manager of the Committee on Earth Observation Satellites (CEOS) Systems Engineering Office (SEO) in the Engineering Directorate at the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Langley Research Center (LaRC). He has been with the NASA LaRC since 1987. As Manager of the CEOS SEO, he works with many national and international organizations to facilitate the development of CEOS space satellite plans, provide decision support tools, perform assessments and trade studies, and develop requirements.
