He has been working at the Krasnoyarsk State Medical University since 1977, he has gone from assistant to professor. After graduating from the Krasnoyarsk Medical Institute with honors in 1977, Bolshakov Igor Nikolayevich was sent to the target graduate school at the Second Moscow Medical Institute named after N.I. 27 - surgery on the topic: "The use of plant lectin phytohemagglutinin (PHA) for the treatment of wounds." After graduating from 1980 to 1987. worked as an assistant at the Department of Operative Surgery with Topographic Anatomy, from 1987 to 1989. - As an associate professor of the department. In 1989, by the decision of the Academic Council of KrasMI, he was sent to the target doctoral studies at the Russian State Medical University in Moscow. In January 1993, after completing his doctoral studies, Bolshakov I.N. defended his thesis for the degree of Doctor of Medical Sciences, specialty 14.00.36 - Allergology and Immunology and 14.00.41 - Transplantology and artificial organs on the topic: "Extracorporeal and corporal immuno-affinity sorption in experimental diffuse acute peritonitis." Since April 1994 - Professor of the Department of Operative Surgery with Topographic Anatomy of the Krasnoyarsk Medical Academy. The author published about 400 scientific papers on experimental and clinical surgery, cellular immunology, testing and clinical implementation of medical devices based on natural polymers, received 4 copyright certificates for inventions based on 10 applications for new technical solutions and 45 patents, including including over the past 5 years - 32 patents. Published in the central journals of Russia and collections of works devoted to the chemical synthesis and testing of antitoxic and antimicrobial sorbents of gram-positive and gram-negative microflora, the production and testing of enterosorbents for the extraction of incorporated radionuclides, cholesterol, low-density lipoproteins and other ingredients. Over the past 5 years, I.N. Bolshakov has been developing models, schemes for diagnosing and treating diseases in the field of dentistry, dermatovenereology, ophthalmology, surgery of the main vessels, cardiac surgery, nephrology, surgical diseases of the abdominal organs, neurology and neurosurgery, combustiology, obstetrics and gynecology, oncology at based on natural and synthetic biopolymers. He is the author of a scientific discovery in the field of natural biopolymers (priority dated 11/10/2004) "The pattern of reducing the inflammatory response in biological organs and tissues of a living organism under the influence of chitosan-containing drugs". The first invention was obtained in 1986, No. 1259328. The most significant developments are aimed at obtaining and using modern biodegradable and non-toxic wound dressings based on collagen-chitosan structures, which are widely used in clinical practice and have a significant social effect. The study of these medical devices in the form of solutions, gels, sponges or films showed the possibility of active cultivation of embryonic cells on these polymers, reconstruction of the skin with extensive wound defects, episcleral space with progressive severe eye diseases. Developments are aimed at detoxification in acute uremic syndrome, destructive forms of pancreatitis, limited inflammatory processes in the abdominal cavity. The results of the developments are confirmed in the clinic in the treatment of the corresponding pathology. New technical solutions Bolshakova I.N. in dentistry are aimed at cost-effective treatment of acute and chronic periodontal diseases, reconstruction of dysplastic tissues, restoration of a full-fledged vascular bed.
