个人简介
Bin Hou received the B.S. degree in electronic science and technology from Xidian University, Xi’an, Shaanxi, China, in 2011, where he is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree with the School of Advanced Materials and Nanotechnology.
His current research interests include the fabrication and characterization of GaN-based normally-off field effect transistors, monolithically integrated E/D- modes HEMTs for GaN digital ICs.
