Bio
Bin-Chyi Tseng (M’95) was born in Chiayi, Taiwan, in 1970. He
received the B.S. degree in communication engineering, the B.S.M. degree in management science in 1994, and the M.S.
and Ph.D. degrees in communication engineering from the National Chiao Tung University, Hsinchu, Taiwan, in 1996 and
2004, respectively.
From 1996 to 2001, he was an RF Engineer with the Electric Technology Department of Computer and Communication
Laboratories, Industrial Technology Research Institute, Hsinchu, Taiwan, where he developed multilayer components and
RF modules. In 2001, he joined Walsin Technology Corp., where he developed low-temperature co-fired ceramic components
and miniaturized RF modules. In 2005, he joined the Department of Electrical Engineering, Feng Chia University,
Taiwan, as an Assistant Professor. He is currently with ASUSTek Computer Inc., Taipei, Taiwan, where he works as a
Senior Director at the Advanced EM Technical Division. His research interests include signal/power integrity and RFI
designs in high-speed digital systems, design of various electromagnetic compatibility components, and multilayer RF
circuit.
