个人简介
In June 2009, I completed my Ph.D. in Computer Science at Stanford University. I was advised by Prof. Chris Manning, and was a member of the NLP research group and the Stanford Artificial Intelligence Laboratory. My doctoral research focused on probabilistic approaches to computational semantics and the problem of natural language inference.
I am now a Senior Research Scientist at Google, where I work on various fun problems in natural language processing, machine learning, information retrieval, and data mining. I joined Google as part of their acquisition of Aardvark in February 2010. You can read more about Aardvark in the New York Times, Time Magazine, or BusinessWeek.
I also teach at Stanford. This winter quarter (2011), I'm co-teaching CS224N: Natural Language Processing with visiting professor Gerald Penn. Last winter quarter (2010), I co-taught CS224U: Natural Language Understanding with Prof. Dan Jurafsky. Next year I'll be teaching CS224U again, this time with Prof. Chris Potts.
