个人简介
Curriculum vitae Biljana Todorović Marković
Biljana Todorović Marković received a BS in electrical engineering from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, University of Belgrade in 1992, a PhD in plasma chemistry from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, University of Belgrade in 2004. She is working in Vinča Institute of Nuclear Sciences at the Laboratory for Radiation Chemistry and Physics since 1993. She has been a Research professor since 2012 and responsible for a research group on the thin films of SWCNTs and graphene. She participated in five projects of basic research funded by the Ministry of Science of the Republic of Serbia and for the one entitled „Thin films of SWCNTs and graphene for electronic application“ she was a project coordinator. She participated in seven bilateral projects (France, Slovenia, Germany, Austria and Slovakia) and a project of multilateral cooperation in the Danube region as project coordinator. Currently she manages three projects: Antiviral responses of carbon quantum dots funded by Serbian Science Fund (Diaspora program), Self-sterilizing polyurethane films for mobile phones and tablets funded by Serbian Innovation Funds and Are photoactive nanoparticles salvation for global infectional threat? funded by Serbian Science Fund (Program Ideas). Until now she published 116 articles in international journals, 9 book chapters. She has 28 contributions on international conferences. Her papers were cited 4107 times and h-index is 32.
Biljana Todorović Marković was supervised three PhD theses of dr Svetlana Jovanović, dr Dejan Kepić and dr Jovana Prekodravac on the Faculty of Physical Chemistry, University of Belgrade. The titles of PhD thesis were: „Gamma ray induced modification of SWCNTs“, „SWCNT modification induced by high power electromagnetic irradiation in visible, infrared and microwave range“ and „Synthesis of homogeneous graphene thin films“ respectively. She is a co-author of book entitled “Nanostructured solar cells” which is devoted to post-graduate students escpecially.
Biljana Todorović Marković is engaged as an adviser for SME MaxLab enterprise, Novi Sad, Serbia (http://www.srebrnavoda-maxlab.com/index.html) for characterization of silver nanocolloids which is used in cosmetic industry.
She is devoted to application of carbon nanostructures in nanoelectronics. Goals is to modify carbon nanostructures with non-nuclear and nuclear radiation to obtain most favourable optoelectronic properties. Also, she studies cytotoxic, cytoprotective and immunomodulatory as well as antibacterial properties of different carbon nanoparticles, and mechanisms underlying their biological effects.
