Bio
Bernhard Beuerle (S’16) received the Diploma in electrical engineering from the Dresden University of Technology, Dresden, Germany, in 2010. He is currently working toward the Ph.D. degree in microsystem technology with the focus on radio frequency micro-electro-mechanical systems (RF-MEMS) components and systems for the submillimeter-wave frequency range.
Since 2014, he has been with the Department of Micro and Nanosystems, KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm, Sweden.
