Bio
I am a scientific consultant and risk analyzer in the field of food allergy. I obtained my PhD in Food Science & Technology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln as part of the Food Allergy Research and Resource Program (FARRP) with a research focus on risk assessment of trace and undeclared allergens in processed foods.
Currently I focus on the clinical risk assessment of food allergens and allergen management within a food production facility, including emergency support.
