个人简介
Transitioning into a computational role from a strong wet-lab background, I'm particularly interested in seeing how we can combine creative library design, and different machine learning models to not only develop better antibodies, but also understand the underlying patterns that determine antibody specificity, breadth, and function.
Outside of the lab, I'm particularly interested in Science Communication, and have participated in many events in Canada and Switzerland. The COVID pandemic has shown that, more than ever before, we need to train scientists and researchers who are better communicators, and who can take a stronger role in guiding the narrative of public health crises.
