Graduated in Food Engineering and Master in Food Science and Technology. Postgraduate in Quality Control and Food Safety. She attended postgraduate pedagogical complementation with a specialization in chemistry. Postgraduate in Occupational Safety Engineering. She is currently studying for a doctorate in Chemistry at the Federal University of Espírito Santo, with research focused on analytical chemistry for the study of coffee quality.
