Dr. Blaise RAVELO (Google scholar h-index(2022)=27 and i10-index(2022)=83) is distinguished scientist researcher, ranked in Top 2% world’s scientists based on years (from 2020 to 2022) by Stanford University, US (https://elsevier.digitalcommonsdata.com/datasets/btchxktzyw/4?fbclid=IwAR0bpdsb6fD4oxXBo-k0Tc4xd6AuLB3WcYECnu3ise7UJEvcPBtE4jHyAhM).
Blaise is currently University Full Professor at Nanjing University of Information Science & Technology (NUIST), Nanjing, China.
Blaise is (co)-author of more than 380 papers with more than 40,000 IEEE explore views:
• 200 international journal papers,
• 119 international conference papers,
• 20 national papers,
• 5 international text book editors,
• And 38 text book chapters.
Blaise is the pioneer leader of the activities concerning unfamiliar and unconventional negative group delay (NGD) theory, engineering, development, and application. He is the world most active researcher on NGD topic according to Scopus. This extraordinary NGD concept is potentially useful for anticipating and prediction all kind of information. Blaise is involved in R&D&I project on NGD RF/analog and digital circuits, and systems, and their development of their applications with international companies.
He was research director (supervisor or advisor) of 11 PhD students (10 defended), postdocs, research engineers and Master internships. With US, Chinese, Indian, European and African partners, he is actively involved and contributes on several international research projects.
Blaise is member of IET Electronics Letters editorial board as circuit & system subject editor (http://digital-library.theiet.org/journals/el/editors). He is member of scientific technical committee of Advanced Electromagnetic Symposium (AES) and IMOC2021. He is member of research groups: IEEE, URSI, GDR Ondes, Radio Society and (co-) authors of more than 380 scientific research papers in new technologies published in international conferences and journals. He is lecturer on circuit & system theory, STEM (science, technology, engineering and maths) and applied physics.

• Multiphysics engineering with “Tensorial Analysis of Networks” formalism for electrical and electronic circuits and systems,
• Low-frequency, RF and microwave circuit design and modelling,
• Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and interference (EMI) characterization, design and modelling,
• And signal and power integrity (SI/PI) engineering for electrical and electronic circuit, devices and systems.
He is member of research groups: IEEE, URSI, GDR Ondes, Radio Society. Dr. Ravelo is IEEE member since 2007 and regularly invited to review papers submitted for publication to international journals (IEEE TRANSACTIONS ON MICROWAVE THEORY AND TECHNIQUES, IEEE TRANSACTIONS ON CIRCUITS AND SYSTEMS, IEEE TRANSACTIONS ON ELECTROMAGNETIC COMPATIBILITY, IEEE TRANSACTIONS ON INDUSTRIAL ELECTRONICS, Journal of Electromagnetic Waves and Applications, IET CDS, IET MAP …) and books (Wiley, Intech Science…).
