Beatrice Fraboni

Beatrice Fraboni received the master’s degree in microelectronics from the University of Cambridge, U.K., the M.Sc.Tech. degree in semiconductors from the University of Parma, and the Ph.D. degree in physics from the University of Bologna, Italy. She is currently a Full Professor of Physics with the Department of Physics, University of Bologna, Italy. She coordinates national and international research projects, published more than 130 articles in international refereed journals and holds 7 international patents. Her research activity focuses on the analysis and characterization of the electrical transport properties of organic and inorganic semiconducting materials and of advanced (bio)electronic devices.
