个人简介
Atriya Biswas (Student Member, IEEE) received the bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the Indian Institute of Engineering, Science and Technology (IIEST), Shibpur, Howrah, India, in 2010, and the M.Tech. degree in mechanical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur, Kharagpur, India, in 2014. He is currently working toward the Ph.D. degree with the McMaster Automotive Resource Center, McMaster University, Hamilton, ON, Canada. From 2014 to 2017, he was with the General Motors Technical Center, Bengaluru, India, as a Senior Engineer. His main responsibility in General Motors was to develop both low and high fidelity models of powertrain subsystems and to build algorithms for control integration between plant and controller. Since 2017, he has been with Dr. A. Emadi's research group at the McMaster Automotive Resource Center, McMaster University. His research interests include the articulation of smart and efficient energy management system for hybrid electric vehicles and plug-in hybrid electric vehicles using both offline and online optimization techniques, optimal design of transmission configuration for electrified powertrains. His main focus is on the articulation of real-time optimal control for energy management systems for electrified powertrains using reinforcement learning and instantaneous optimal control.
