Bio
Dr. Ashwath Narayana B S is currently working as Associate Professor & Research Coordinator in the Department of Electronics & Communication Engineering at Don Bosco Institute of Technology, Bangalore. His research expertise in the field of OFETs (Organic Field Effect Transistors) has been impressive. His research work in the area of green synthesis of nanomaterials & its applications in OFET devices for sensing application are published in reputed international journals – Scopus Indexed (over 15 articles with citations over 150) and has filed 2 patents and 1 published. He received "InRes Vivekananda Prize" from the Institute of Researchers in the year 2023, “Best Young Faculty Award” from DK International Research Foundation in the year 2019, and “Research Excellence Award” from the Institute of Scholars in 2020. Received “Teacher Innovation Award” Appreciation from Zero-Investment Innovations for Education Initiatives from Sri Aurobindo Society in 2019 and 2020. He is currently collaborating with CeNS, DST lab – Bangalore, for research projects and holds a lifetime membership in the International Society for Research and Development, and is a Professional Member of the International Association for Educators and Researchers. Invited as “Guest Speaker” for Webinar on “Green Nanomaterials and its Applications in Sensing Field” at AV Institute of Technology (Virtual Mode), TN, in 2021. He was invited as “Key Note Speaker” for the “International Conference on Intelligent Systems in Smart Healthcare (ICISSH-2023)” at Bannari Amman Institute of Technology (Virtual Mode), TN. He is also working as a reviewer for various international research journals such as Frontiers, Oriental Journal Chemistry, and many more.
