Ashutosh Pandey has a doctorate in biotechnology or bioengineering. Experience with isolation, shake flask to pond-level cultivation of algae, molecular biology, bioinformatics, and analytical techniques. In order to obtain microalgae biomass with a high fermentative capacity for downstream applications, he also involves optimising the microbial cultivation process. Ashutosh Pandey has a good academic track record and has published several first-authored papers in internationally recognised peer-reviewed journals. Important qualities are enthusiasm, being able to drive and conclude projects independently, taking own initiatives and discussing or developing own ideas, being creative, and having a problem-solving ability.
In the future Ashutosh want to develop the overall rare earth recycling technology and water purification preceded by the co-cultivation of various microorganisms (bacteria, algae, and cyanobacteria) and grow algal cultures in the laboratory under defined conditions and different metal content and analyze
