Anisur Rahman is an influential technical leader in the field of semiconductor quality and reliability with 17+ years of hands-on experience in the bleeding edge of CMOS technology development. Over this period, he has established a track record delivering numerous high-quality, high-value, end-to-end solutions to complex, emerging business-critical reliability challenges. He is widely recognized by his colleagues and his industry peers for demonstrating deep domain knowledge and expertise in all three foundational sub-fields of semiconductor reliability engineering: a. process technology development and high-volume manufacturing; b. digital/analog/mixed-signal circuit and IP designs subjected to global/local statistical variation; c. post-silicon full-chip reliability qualifications.
