个人简介
I am an Assessment & Evaluation Analyst (Statistician and Methods) at Johns Hopkins University, with 6 years of experience as an educational researcher and teacher at the School of Education at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD (researching at the Institute for Educational Policy and the Center for the Social Organization of Schools) and the University at Buffalo. In my current role, I collaborate with districts and research teams across the U.S. to help them evaluate their programs and policies, to provide the highest quality evidence for the field of Education. I additionally teach research methods as an adjunct instructor in the Master's of Education program at Susquehanna University. As a prior middle school teacher in Philadelphia, my research and teaching in education research and policy for equity is motivated by the needs of urban education, including teachers' well-being and their decisions to leave their school or the profession (teacher turnover), school climate and culture, and restorative justice practices.
