个人简介
Dr. Armin Tarrah holds a Ph.D. in Food Microbiology. He is currently working as a Postdoctoral researcher at Canadian Research Institute for Food Safety (CRIFS). His research focuses on beneficial microorganisms, mainly lactic acid bacteria and their roles as probiotics in humans and as biocontrols against foodborne pathogens. His other research activities focus on the study of microbial drug resistance transmission in foods and bacterial fermentation. He is also on the World Journal of Microbiology and Biotechnology (WIBI) editorial board and an advisory panel member of the Fermentation Journal.
