罗安伟,四川仁寿人,工学博士,副教授,博士生导师,食品科技系副主任。2007-2008年在美国加州大学戴维斯分校访学一年。担任猕猴桃产业国家创新联盟专家委员会委员,陕西省蚕桑产业技术体系加工岗位专家,中国经济林协会加工利用分会理事、副秘书长,中国农学会农产品贮藏加工分会理事,食品科学技术学会果蔬加工分会理事,教育部学位论文中心评审专家,Food Chemistry、Journal of Food Processing and Preservation、食品科学、中国食品学报等期刊审稿专家。
