Research Summary
Anupam Madhukar's current interests are focused on Quantum Photonics for quantum information processing. His group examines fundamental and applied issues relating to spatially-selective self-organized growth, in-situ processing, and structural and optical studies of III-V semiconductor based epitaxial quantum dots that act as on-chip single photon sources and enable quantum optical circuits for quantum information processing (quantum communication, imaging, metrology, and computing).
