Anup Kumar Halder (Student Member, IEEE) received the BTech degree in computer science and engineering from the Bankura Unnayani Institute of Engineering, in 2011, and the ME degree in computer science and engineering from the Jadavpur University, in 2014. He is currently a Visvesvaraya PhD fellow with the of Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Jadavpur University, Kolkata, India. His area of current research interest includes computational biology and bioinformatics, genomic and proteomic network analysis, pattern recognition and machine learning.
