个人简介
Antonio García (S'96–M'99) received the M.A.Sc. degree in electronic engineering, the M.Sc. degree in physics (majoring in electronics), and the Ph.D. degree in electronic engineering from the University of Granada, Granada, Spain, in 1995, 1997, and 1999, respectively.
He was an Associate Professor at the Department of Computer Engineering, Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, Madrid, Spain, before joining the Department of Electronics and Computer Technology, the University of Granada, where he currently serves as a Professor. He has authored more than 70 technical papers in international journals and conferences and serves regularly as a reviewer for several IEEE and IEE journals. He is also part of the Program Committee for several international conferences on programmable logic. His current research interests include IP protection of VLSI and FPGA-based systems, low-power and high-performance VLSI signal processing systems, and the combination of digital and analog programmable technologies for smart instrumentation.
Dr. García was a recipient of the Nation Best Academic Record Award in electronic engineering from the University of Granada. He is a member of the Circuits and Systems and Signal Processing Societies.
