个人简介
I am an Associate Professor in Medical Education in the Research Department of Medical Education (RDME) at UCL Medical School. I am involved in research on a variety of topics including doctors’ and medical students’ well-being, evaluation of medical education and training programmes, attrition in post-graduate medical training and differential attainment.
I qualified as a Health Psychologist in 2009 and worked for several years in Public Health within the NHS, on a number of health promotion priorities including childhood obesity, sexual health and smoking cessation. I then moved to Australia, where I worked at the Sax Institute, a not-for-profit organisation which promotes the use of research evidence in health policy. I subsequently worked for Atlantis Healthcare Australia developing health behaviour change interventions.
I am joint Admission Tutor for Post-Graduate Research within RDME and I am a member of the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Committee at UCL Medical School.
