个人简介
Engineer Fernando Silva, was integrated into the Unit of Materials and Composite Structures of INEGI, in January 2017, with the aim of implementing new automation techniques in the manufacture of composite materials. Fernando Silva received a master's degree in mechanical engineering in 2016, from the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Porto, in the field of Industrial Automation. Since the conclusion of his studies he has developed modeling and control techniques, applied in the automated manufacture of composite materials. Currently he is a process engineer responsible for the characterization of composite materials, optimization of manufacturing processes and assessment of production quality. The study and integration of technologies related to Industry 4.0 are also a focus of his work. Among the operating sectors are aerospace and automotive.
