个人简介
Dr. Anne-Claire Yemsi-Paillissé is associate professor in Spanish (Food, Art studies & Customer experience) in ISTHIA (Toulouse School of tourism, Hospitality Management and Food Studies). She is member of the research center LL@Creatis (Arts & Communications) and associated member of the Food Studies group of the CERTOP research center.
She completed a PhD in Spanish languages, cultures and literatures at the University of Toulouse, and an MBA in General Management at the ISM Munich (Germany).
Her areas of research are culinary arts in Spain & Europe, gastronomic scenography and media, cooking and innovation in Spain, Multisensory restaurants.
She also has 2 years of work experience in Munich Germany, working as Customer Experience Analyst in a start up.
