Her primary areas of study are Immunology, Immune system, Receptor, Apoptosis and Autoimmunity. Her research ties TLR9 and Immune system together. Her work carried out in the field of Receptor brings together such families of science as Lupus erythematosus and Toll-Like Receptor 9.
Her study looks at the relationship between Apoptosis and fields such as Signal transduction, as well as how they intersect with chemical problems. Her study in Autoimmunity is interdisciplinary in nature, drawing from both Ovalbumin and Cellular differentiation. Her Fas ligand research is multidisciplinary, incorporating elements of Fas receptor, Regulation of gene expression and Cell biology.
