个人简介
My research interest is to explore innovative and inexpensive fabrication methods for microsystems for wide range of applications. Through various research problems-in-hand, he found out the cost effective methodology to realize embedded high aspect nanostructures, nano-porous films for various applications viz., sensing (gas/bio), water treatment etc. as well as worked on various microsystems design and development. Working in the interdisciplinary area, he had cultivated some basic understanding about the microsystems fabrication, nano-scale characterization techniques and most important; will to learn from other disciplines.
