Andrew Alduino

Andrew Alduino (Member, IEEE) received the B.S.E.E. degree from Bucknell University, Lewisburg, PA, USA, in 1989, and the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering with a concentration in optoelectronics from The University of New Mexico, Albuquerque, NM, USA, in 1994 and 1999, respectively. Since 1999, he has been with Intel, Santa Clara, CA, USA, as a Member of the Silicon Photonics Team which demonstrated the first CWDM SiPh link in 2010 and the first fully functional co-packaged optical ethernet switch in 2020. He is the author of more than 20 articles and 15 patents. His research focuses on the integration of optical technologies into future compute systems.
