个人简介
Andrea Curioni is Full professor of Food Science and Oenology at the Department of Agronomy Food Natural resources Animals and Environment (DAFNAE), University of Padova. Head of the "Interdeparmental Centre for the Research in Viticulture and Enology (CIRVE)", University of Padova. Research stage (1994) at the INRA in Montpellier (France). Reviewer for international journals as expert in food and wine technology, chemistry and biochemistry. Has taken part to national, international and industrial research programmes. Author of about 200 scientific papers and two patents. His research concerned mainly the biochemistry of agro-food products, with particular attention to the macromolecules involved in the food systems. At the moment his main focuses are the chemistry and biochemistry of grape and wine.
