个人简介
Graduated in Food Engineering at Federal University of Ceará (UFC). Internship (2013 - 2014) and worked as a Scientific Initiation Scholarship (IC) (2014 - 2015) at the Federal University of Ceará, at the Cereal Laboratory of the Department of Food Engineering, developing new technologies for starch modification and improvement, improving its nutritive source and minimizing costs in the elaboration of new products, such as in the formulation of cookies seeking technological improvements. Internship (2015 - 2016) and acted as Scientific and Technological Initiation Scholarship (2016 - 2017) at Embrapa Tropical Agroindustry, Packaging Laboratory, developing edible and biodegradable films and food coating solutions. Acted as Scientific Initiation Scholarship (IC) (2017) at the Federal University of Ceará, at the Cereal Laboratory of the Department of Food Engineering acting on the application of edible and biodegradable films and coating emulsions in food. Master in Chemical Engineering at Federal University of Ceará (UFC), at Process Analysis and Development Center (NADP) in partnership with the UFC Biotechnology Laboratory (Labiotec), developed analyzes with fruit drying and incorporation of probiotics. I am currently a Doctorate in Food Engineering at University of Campinas (Unicamp), at Process Engineering Laboratory in the Departamento de Engenharia de Alimentos (DEA) developing analyzes in emulsions.
