His primary scientific interests are in Chromatography, Glycan, Mass spectrometry, Glycosylation and Immunology. His Glycan research incorporates themes from Ion trap, Peptide sequence, Stereochemistry, Epitope and Glycoconjugate. His work in Mass spectrometry addresses subjects such as Oligosaccharide, which are connected to disciplines such as Amine gas treating and Reducing agent.
His Glycosylation study integrates concerns from other disciplines, such as Immunoglobulin G, Antibody, Sialic acid and N-linked glycosylation. André M. Deelder focuses mostly in the field of Immunology, narrowing it down to matters related to Fucosylation and, in some cases, Rheumatoid arthritis, Vaccination and Immunity. His Antigen study combines topics in areas such as B cell, Schistosoma mansoni, Monoclonal antibody and Immune system.
