Bio
Amr Khashaba received the B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in electrical engineering from Ain Shams University, Cairo, Egypt, in 2012 and 2016, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Urbana, IL, USA, in 2020.
From 2012 to 2016, he was a Design Engineer at Si-Ware Systems, Cairo, where he worked on designing high performance mixed signal circuits and sensor interfaces. He was with Silicon Labs, Nashua, NH, USA, and Samsung, San Jose, CA, USA, in Summer 2017 and 2019, respectively. In 2020, he joined MediaTek, Irvine, CA, USA, as a Staff Design Engineer, working on high speed wireline systems. His research interests include high performance clock generation, temperature compensated oscillators, sensor interfaces, and wireline systems.
Dr. Khashaba serves as a Reviewer for the IEEE Journal of Solid- State Circuits and IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems— I: Regular Papers.
